Kick off growing the first Sakura street in Phuc Yen

On the morning of March 27, 2019, TMS Group organized the " Reception and Planting Sakura Ceremony by Kairin Group & Voice of Vietnam VOV granted TMS Grand City Phuc Yen Project". This event contributed to realizing the enthusiasm of TMS Group to build the first Japanese-style TMS Grand City Phuc Yen urban area in Vinh Phuc.
 

Japanese Sakura trees have been carefully selected to adapt and grow well in weather conditions and living environment in Vietnam. Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Huyen Trang - TMS Sale Director of Grand City Phuc Yen project said: “We are honored to receive the rare and precious Sakura presented by Kairin Group & VOV. With the special meaning of this gift, TMS Group will cultivate and carefully take care of Sakura trees- the symbol of the "sunrise" country for TMS urban residents of Grand City Phuc Yen to  have  Japanese living standard, at the same time, making it a destination for cultural exchange activities in Phuc Yen city”.

Representatives of Kairin Group has shared, for Japanese people, Sakura is a symbol of cultural beauty, represented noble beauty and humility. The Sakura tree is presented as a symbol of peace of Japan with other countries in the world, while showing adherence and appreciation in cooperative relationships.
 

Mr. Vu Hai - Deputy General Director of Voice of Vietnam expressed, the donation of rare Sakura trees to the project, Kairin Group, Japan Sakura Association and VOV have carefully considered before our conducting. Because Sakura trees symbolize the spirit and strength of Japan, are loved and respected by Japanese people. Japanese people only donated Sakura trees when they knew that the trees would have a suitable living environment, being cultivated and taken care, the ability to grow well, spread out the meaning and beauty of trees.

At the TMS Grand City Phuc Yen project, the first Sakura tree was officially planted in the urban area. It is expected that after 3 years the tree can produce a green canopy, and only bloom in February and March every year. That time was very suitable to add the beauty of the project’s campus on the occasion of Tet holiday. In the future, TMS Grand City Phuc Yen will build a brilliant street of blossomed Sakura. The project promises to be an ideal peaceful place for residents of Phuc Yen and Vinh Phuc, as well as an effective investment channel for investors in the vibrant real estate market.
